founded on November 8, 2002 and acquired by Nearsports Media Corporation
on September 12, 2008. Nearsports Media Corporation strives to provide
complete youth sports, high school sports and college sports coverage for
this area, Nearsports Media Corporation operates Nearsports.com,
Nearsports Photography and Nearsportsradio.com.
Nearsports.com has been
viewed by over 11 million viewers over the last three plus years. In
addition, Nearsports has been viewed by nearly 3 million in the first
quarter of 2009. Nearsports media provides advertising opportunities to
advertisers to be seen by millions potential customers for a terrifically low
price.
Nearsports Radio
operates Arkansas' 1st and only Internet Radio Network dedicated to local
sports coverage. You will find Nearsports Radio 1 and Nearsports Radio 2
showing up at local sporting events to broadcast. The corporation also
provides affiliate radio broadcasting for schools at virtually no cost to
the schools. In 2009, Nearsports Radio started partnership relationships
with local schools to broadcast local sports and other school events of

Nearsports recently
entered into an agreement with Mid-America Sports Management to bring
local youth league baseball game to our listeners. An affiliation with
District 4 Little League will bring Little League action to the airwaves 2
nights a week from a 400 team District.
Nearsports Media

are located in offices at 3802 Linwood drive in Paragould, Arkansas. High
on the hill at the site of the former KHIG radio station, Nearsports Media
Corporation can be easily spotted on the highway to Jonesboro by locating
the radio tower on the west of Linwood Drive.
With Nearsports Audio
on Demand/Instant Replay (coming soon), listeners can enjoy games they
missed by selecting the games they wish to listen to and listen to at
their convenience. This allows our student athletes an opportunity to
listen to their own games. In addition, CD copies of selected games will
be available for purchase from Nearsports Media Corporation.
The Nearsports Store
gives fans the opportunity to purchase certain selected sporting related

opportunity to purchase items of need at reduced costs from traditional
vendors.
Nearsports Photography,
headed by Director of Photography Andy Cordell, gives local school and
local teams the opportunity of great sports action photography that
Cordell is renowned for. Great packages, including individual action
shots, collage collection and team photographs are available at the lowest
cost in the area for the quality that only a photographer like Andy
Cordell can provide.
